What We Do

Recycling

Our recycling services target processing LD and LLD waste into plastic pellets as final product. With over 8 years of experience in the recycling industry, Esiltuli continuous to keeping the environment clean from plastic by pelletizing and manufacturing products with the waste collected.

Refuse Bin Manufacturing

Esiltuli produces black refuse bins and other products such as the stacking bins, with the use of plastic pellets as well as virgin material. The stacking bins are multi-use products, their great for indoors and outdoors storage, agriculture purposes plantation. The white products from our product ranges are materialized from virgin material to cater for food storage. These are used in the catering industry, butcheries, restaurants, supermarkets etc. Installing the bin machine and fully going into operations came with its challenges but showcases the company`s potential with reaching this new milestone. Esiltuli shows dedication, hard work and continuous improvement and is committed to continue its progress and doing more in the near future.

Transport and Logistics

Understanding that certain scenarios require particular tools for the succession of the job, Esiltuli offers logistical services that caters to your companies needs. With our years of experience in transporting goods for various companies, we have developed a branch for providing solutions for companies to deliver goods needed. All queries and operations are scheduled with either the 4 or 8ton trucks.

Our Projects

Our involvement with the NCPC

Our journey with the National Cleaning Production Centre (NCPC) began in 2018. Assisting us in being an effective and efficient manufacturer. Initiating energy consumption reducing methods, eco-friendly systems as well as gaining exposure to suppliers and markets for products. In recycling we experience high energy consumptions issues due to the high temperatures recycling machinery uses, the NCPC is assisting us to reduce these high amounts. Part of the project includes limiting waste in the process. We are proud to be part of their company testimonial case studies which are presented at their Industrial Symbiosis Workshops.

Our involvement with the DEA

The Department of Environmental Affairs (DEA) has guided and supported our company by ensuring we are compliant with our commercial obligations. Assisting us with gaining exposure the DEA has brought us to take part in major events, such as the Small Business Expo in 2018 and recently the Plastic Colloquium Exhibition in November 2019. The experiences gained from the partnership has been very beneficial as we look forward for more to come.
